The Petite 0-12 size is for anyone under 5' 4" tall and the thighs are thinner than the the Regular size. The Regular/Tall 0-12 is the most commonly purchased size and can fit someone up to 6 feet tall. Both have a drawstring for aesthetics. The Large 12-16 does not have a drawstring and the 18-24 has a drawstring inside.
